With offices in both Sydney and Newcastle, Aspect Development and Survey services the Greater Sydney Metropolitan Area, Wollongong, Shoalhaven, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Southern Highlands, Newcastle and Hunter Regions.
At Aspect Development & Survey we specialise in large scale — high volume — residential builds.

Contour and detail surveys show features and structures on the subject land such as buildings, trees, driveways, kerbs, visible services, natural surface and if required details on adjoining lots.
Construction Setouts are surveys to setout or position a structure such as a house, pool, outbuildings such as granny flats or garages on a parcel of land.
Construction Formwork is a survey carried out prior to the concrete pour. It is a check to ensure the concreters formwork closely resembles the design.
Construction Nails is a survey where nails are placed on a concrete slab to aid the bricklayer and to ensure the brickwork and framing is in the correct position.
Identification Surveys are required for the purpose of identifying a parcel of land and the related existing buildings and/or improvements.
Work as Executed Surveys are surveys that Councils require prior to issuing an Occupation Certificate to owners.
Boundary Surveys identify the boundaries of a property and involve physically marking those corners.
Monitoring Surveys are a specialised survey in which structures or features which are moving are checked repeatedly to determine the amount of movement over a period of time.
Subdivision Surveys are carried out to divide land into two or more new parcels of land that can be disposed of separately. Subdivisions can be carried out by way of a Deposited Plan (DP) or a Strata Plan (SP).
